Mari’s personal journey started back in 1997 with physical trauma after a serious car accident. As a result, she discovered holistic healing and made a full recovery which led to her career shift into natural medicine. When she discovered Holotropic Breathwork, she was able to heal childhood trauma’s and experience a balance of the mind, body, and spirit energy within. This inspired her to study Transpersonal Psychology which helped her personally integrate holotropic states of consciousness. Upon completion of her educational degrees, Mari enjoyed four years of international travel working on a cruise ship as an Acupuncturist, and feels blessed to have set foot in many countries.
Mari has facilitated over 300 Holotropic Breathwork sessions, worked on staff for 15 years with the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Personality training, has a Kundalini Yoga Teacher certification and integrates a psychological understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She continues to be passionate about guiding others to physical health, mental well-being and spiritual fulfillment. Mari’s mission is helping people reconnect with their inner and outer nature and firmly believes self-care and integrative practices are key components to healing. Mari utilizes the Jungian Individuation process, archetypal analysis, along with identification with symbolism and mythology as a method for integration of holotropic states of consciousness. She has published two books on recognizing our divine feminine and masculine potential through the wisdom of the ancient Sumerian culture.
